What you’ll do:
Position’s main focus will be development of 3D models and 2D drawings of sheet metal and busbar components, sub-assemblies and assemblies to support Sustaining and NPI projects.
"We are seeking a motivated individual to support the development and maintenance of Low Voltage Systems and Enclosures. Candidate should be able to do copper busbar and sheet metal design modifications efficiently, contributing to product improvements through collaboration, industrialization, documentation, and technical support. This role requires a willingness to learn new tools and processes while supporting lead engineer in achieving project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Support design modification activities for Low Voltage Systems and Enclosures — ensuring alignment with customer requirements, cost targets, and manufacturing requirements.
Assist in busbar and sheet metal design improvmenets.
Contribute to part and product design modifications with a focus on manufacturability and assembly, applying knowledge of copper busbar, sheet metal, and tooling.
Provide support in engineering analysis of pannels and enclosures to aid robust product development.
Collaborate with senior engineers and lead to ensure product compliance with global standards such as IEC 61439 and other relevant standards.
Should have hands-on experience on drawing creation, practitioner of GD&T and PLM process implementation. "

Support material selection and design optimization using knowledge of copper properties and sheet metal manufacturability.
Strong experience of 3D modeling and 2D drafting.
Work with PLM systems (e.g., Model Manager, SAP) for design release and change management.
Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn from experienced team members while contributing to product industrialization and launch readiness.
Contribution in developing process and automations to drive productivity."
