About the Role

PolicyBazaar Partners is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination, and HR data management.

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify potential candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.

Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Ensure accurate and timely data entry and record maintenance.

Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding candidate status and interview feedback.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.

Maintain proper documentation and records of candidates.

Eligibility

Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Freshers and candidates looking to start their career in Human Resources / Talent Acquisition can apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Good follow-up and coordination skills.
