Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can translate user needs and product requirements into intuitive, engaging, and visually consistent digital experiences.You will work closely with the Product, Tech, and other cross-functional teams to design user interfaces, build interactive prototypes, improve usability, and ensure a seamless experience across devices and platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, is highly proficient in Figma, and enjoys solving user and business problems through design.

How you will make an impact:

Designing Visual Elements: Creating engaging and visually consistent designs for user interfaces, including buttons, menus, icons, and layouts on figma.Ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, aesthetic principles, and accessibility standards.Prototyping: Developing interactive prototypes to demonstrate the look and functionality of a design.Using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar to create mockups for review and testing.Collaboration with Teams:Working closely with the product and tech team, and other stakeholders to align design goals with user needs and technical constraints.Participating in brainstorming sessions and feedback loops to refine designs.Research and Analysis:Understanding target users, their needs, and preferences through collaboration with UX researchers or by reviewing analytics.Keeping up-to-date with design trends, technologies, and best practices.Ensuring Usability:Designing interfaces that are easy to navigate and accessible to a wide range of users, including those with disabilities.Ensuring responsive designs that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.Testing and Iteration:Conducting or collaborating in usability testing to gather feedback on interface designs.Iterating designs based on test results, user feedback, and team input.Handoff to Developers:Preparing design assets and specifications for developers to ensure seamless implementation.Collaborating during development to address any design-related issues or questions.Maintaining Design Systems:Developing or contributing to a design system to ensure consistency across products and platforms.Updating and managing a repository of reusable design components.

We are looking for people who:0–2 years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or a similar role.Strong proficiency in Figma and experience creating high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.Experience designing for web and mobile applications.Good understanding of usability, accessibility, and design best practices.Experience working closely with Product and Engineering/Tech teams.Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to understand complex requirements and convert them into simple, intuitive user experiences.Experience working with or contributing to design systems and component libraries.Strong communication and collaboration skills.A portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX and product design work is mandatory.
