About this Position As a Territory Sales Engineer, you will drive profitable business growth across your assigned territory by executing strategic sales plans, identifying new opportunities, and building strong customer relationships. You will work closely with customers and distributors to develop a healthy project pipeline, promote value-based solutions, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who can effectively manage sales performance, implement pricing strategies, strengthen distributor capability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth and maximize profitability.

What You´ll Do

Execute territory sales plans aligned with regional SU priorities and short-, medium-, and long-term growth strategies. Develop and execute customer roadmaps to acquire, retain, and grow key accounts. Identify, manage, and close growth opportunities through the CRM platform (Salesforce). Implement pricing actions to improve profitability and product visibility. Territory planning, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM usage. Develop value-based solutions and communicate financial benefits using value calculatorsDistributor management and coaching distributor sales teams

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical or industrial B2B sales. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to identify relevant application opportunities. Effective communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
