Full job description
Role:
We are looking for technically strong and experienced *Technical Trainers* to deliver automotive technical and practical training to Evaluators and technical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver automotive technical and practical training (classroom, workshop & on-field)
- Train Evaluators on vehicle inspection, mechanical & electrical systems, diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Conduct practical demonstrations and skill assessments
- Develop / update training content, manuals and assessments
- Track trainee performance, maintain MIS and share regular updates with Training Head
- Identify skill gaps and provide corrective training
Qualification & Experience:
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 3-6 years of relevant automotive / workshop experience
- Prior experience in technical training is a must
- Strong technical knowledge of Passenger Vehicles
- Good communication and presentation skills
Additional Requirement for Bangalore Position:
- Comfortable working with trainees across South India
- Knowledge of multiple South Indian languages, especially *Kannada* will be preferred
- Willingness to travel across South India for training requirements
