Responsibilities:

Support the planning and execution of well-defined technical programs or projects. Track milestones, manage schedules, and coordinate activities across cross-functional teams.

Task-Based Decision Making: Make informed decisions related to day-to-day project tasks and surface larger decisions to program leads or managers

Agile and Scrum Expertise: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and project tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.

Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills and experience in managing both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to translate complex technical details to business leaders and vice versa.

Product Understanding: Maintain a strong understanding of the product landscape and how programs align with business goals

Process Adherence: Follow established TPM processes and best practices to ensure consistency in program delivery and reporting. Innovate new sustainable processes when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

4-5 years of experience as a systems analyst or in a program/project management role.

Strong foundational understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system integrations.

Project management knowledge and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to follow through on commitments and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Interest in growing into more strategic and leadership-oriented TPM roles.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of High-Level Design (HLD), API development, and system integration strategies.

Hands-on experience with third-party integrations and working with external vendors.

Ability to engage in technical discussions and contribute meaningfully to architectural decisions.

Risk Management:

Proven ability to identify and raise red flags in case of delays and bottlenecks and mitigate project risks related to technical and operational challenges.

Demonstrated ability to anticipate and identify issues, define solutions, and execute them with a focus on results.

Leadership Communication:

Proven leadership skills in motivating teams, driving collaboration, and ensuring high levels of performance across multiple functions.

Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas, project updates, risks, and solutions to various stakeholders.
