POST: MNC Cafeteria/food court operation executive/Manager/Site Manager
Note: Candidates with experience in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Hotel industry are highly preferred.
Qualification: BHM/BHMCT (Hotel Management )
Location- Delhi-NCR (Any MNC site)
Experience: 0-3 yrs. (Hotel Management freshers can also apply)
Key Tasks and Activities:
To manage overall operation of Cafeteria.
Managing & monitoring day-to-day operations of the cafeteria including and not limited to F&B service.
To support the customer for query.
To ensure smooth functioning of operation of cafeteria.
Quick decision maker.
To make daily MIS & daily reporting to head office.
Managing delivery SLAs and maximizing customer satisfaction
Desired Profile:
Ability to handle conflict professionally
Professional Conduct and respect for co-workers
Additional regional language proficiency is a plus
