We have a rewarding and lucrative SDA position in the PSG-Events team for graduates with minimum 1 year of experience working on the Events tool in Client Services. SDAs will be dedicatedly working with Cvent’s Enterprise clients and shall be responsible for implementing their event requirements in Cvent software and provide support for the entire event life cycle. In addition, they will be required to prospect, gain proficiency in the Events Solution, drive Platform adoption and up sell their accounts. This job involves the person to learn all the features of the Events tool including OnArrival to support the onsite setup.
Work independently on Event Projects for dedicated Enterprise clientsImplement the information provided by the client and suggest best practices with ideal solutionsWork closely with Project Manager and the team in a Project Management environmentWork with other departments such as Sales, Creative, Technology, and Crowd CompassProduce client deliverables such as event registration website, onsite setup, Track time spent on projects and report it in SF repository systemManage large scale and complex projectsDevelop custom reports based on client requirementsTravel On-Site if requested by the clientFollow the process and produce quality projectsProvide exceptional customer service which results in renewalsMinimum of 1 year of work experienceExcellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Must have knowledge about project management (scope, risk and time management). Prior role should have exposure to working with clients in a 1:1 environmentAptitude for learning and applying new technologies and applying industry specific business knowledgeShould possess exceptional client servicing skills and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, responsibilities and competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of HTML will be an added advantageProficient in leveraging common AI tools to support and accelerate client product adoptionPrior exposure to AI-based tools or platforms (e.g., AI chat/email assistant, automated task managers, or smart analytics tools) to support operational efficiency and productivityGood to have: Foundational understanding or certifications in AI concepts (e.g., Coursera, Google AI Essentials, or LinkedIn Learning courses) to support adoption of emerging technologies in daily tasks
