About the RoleLooking to connect with senior Operations leaders who have built, managed and scaled Chat/Messaging Sales Operations and can drive both commercial performance and customer experience. The role supports Mobile, TV, Broadband & Insurance products within the Consumer business ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage and scale Chat/Messaging Sales Operations.Drive commercial performance and customer experience.Lead teams and drive sales performance.Support Mobile, TV, Broadband & Insurance products within the Consumer business.
Qualifications15+ years of overall experience5+ years at Operations Manager level or above Required SkillsStrong, hands-on Chat/Messaging + Sales Operations experience – must have.Proven experience leading teams and driving sales performance.UK / International business exposure. Preferred SkillsTelecom experience preferred.
