Key Responsibilities

Market & Customer Insight

Study specific geographies to understand local credit needs. Perform behavioural analysis of consumers taking credit. Build the TAM and define target segments for the product.

Product Design & Roadmap

Design user journeys and configure them on Yabx's sandbox environment. Map the product roadmap to business priorities. Develop an understanding of various accounting models to support multiple credit products on the platform.

Regulatory & Market Readiness

Scan and interpret financial guidelines in each market entered. Build market-specific regulatory and operational requirements into the product.

Delivery & Cross-Functional Execution

Work with cross-functional teams to build support for product functionality. Interact with business analysts, partners, and business teams to finalise solutions. Coordinate with the testing team and partner systems to enable testing and delivery of developed features.

Required Skills

Functional

Demonstrated ability to use data to drive critical results. Experience developing product documentation, user stories, and related material. Ability to create business cases and build the rationale behind product roadmaps and plans. Experience in non-traditional financial services, including building and delivering mobile-first application designs. Experience working on lending platforms — good to have. Experience in payments — good to have.

Behavioural
