We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst who has the ability to work across customer lifecycles, supporting multiple products. This role will suit an individual who has a growth mindset, is commercially focused and wants to be close to the impact of their work. You will be a good fit if you have experience in Marketing Analytics with a focus on Subscriptions, Customer Engagement, Customer Lifecycle, Cross Sell, Up Sell, Segmentation, etc. Experience working in a product/ SaaS company, working alongside Product Marketing Managers, is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Influence our marketing strategies, especially in the Subscription business driven by powerful insights.
Present insights to stakeholders and senior management, translating analysis into the 'so what? ' and identifying possible actions to take as a result.
Partner with Product teams to build KPIs for new product launches and monitor the performance of existing products.
Using your SQL/Python expertise to interrogate our data to solve key business problems.
Proactively bringing new ideas to the table relating to business questions, analytics approaches, datasets and ways of working.
Ability to deal with ambiguity & form ambiguous questions into defined solutions to improve the business area.
Democratising insights by helping stakeholders with the self-serve dashboards.
Assessing opportunities, understanding behaviour, and testing hypotheses with data analysis.
Communicate segmentation analysis, relevant trends and campaign performances (including SLA's & KPI's) to internal as well as external stakeholders and across the business.
Forecasting through Uncertainty/Sensitivity testing and scenario planning to create data-driven performance from historic and current data.
Presenting data in a clear and easy-to-comprehend manner, using visualisation tools(Looker).
You will be working with Snowflake, dbt, Apache Airflow, Python, Looker, and Databricks.

Good SQL/Python Proficiency.
A track record of delivering insight and actionable recommendations in an analytical role.
Ability to effectively form relationships with the business to help with the adoption of data-driven decision-making.
Experience in capturing stakeholder requirements across various levels of seniority and functions and building appropriate analytical solutions.
You're a self-starter - you take initiative in spotting opportunities and finding ways to solve challenges with data.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
You have a solid grounding in statistics and experimentation methodologies.
