Role Purpose

This role acts as a central Strategy bridge between the OU and the Integrated Operations function, helping translate Company and OU priorities into clear system implications, execution imperatives, and market-level priorities.

Working closely with Integrated Operations, the role brings strategic clarity, fact-based challenge, and a consistent cross-system lens to ensure OU priorities and growth opportunities are reflected in Bottling Partner planning and execution discussions. It also helps identify gaps, opportunities, and interventions across plans and performance to strengthen alignment and improve system execution.

What You’ll Do For Us

Insights-Led Strategy and Initiatives

Connect data, analytics, research, and consumer, customer, category, channel, competitive, and market insights to identify granular growth opportunities across channels, customers, and geographies.Translate insights into clear system implications, growth choices, and execution priorities for Integrated Operations and Bottling Partners.Use a fact-based, hypothesis-driven approach to challenge assumptions and sharpen local strategies.Identify, frame, and conduct preliminary evaluation of strategic initiatives that support OU priorities and system growth objectives.

Strategic Projects

Actively contribute to select strategic projects linked to OU priorities, partnering with Integrated Operations teams and OU functions to bring structure, strategic clarity, and execution discipline to priority initiatives.Ensure disciplined project governance—clear objectives, success metrics, timelines, and accountability.

Strategic Integration & Execution

Act as a central Strategy partner connecting OU priorities, Integrated Operations plans, and Bottling Partner execution agendas.Translate Company and OU priorities into clear commercial and execution imperatives for Bottling Partners, ensuring consistency across markets while allowing for local context.Help translate global and Company “where to play” priorities into OU-relevant implications, market-level choices, and Bottling Partner execution priorities.Support Integrated Operations teams by bringing strategic clarity, fact-based challenge, and an enterprise-wide perspective into Bottling Partner planning discussions.Partner with Integrated Operations teams to calibrate and refine commercial execution strategies based on market realities, OU priorities, and Bottling Partner capabilities.Act as a thought partner to Integrated Operations Leads, bringing rigor, clarity, and pace to strategy development and priority initiatives.

Performance Measurement & Learning

Assess Bottling Partner performance against OU priorities, agreed business plans, and key strategic initiatives.Identify common performance patterns, execution gaps, risks, and scalable opportunities across Bottling Partners and markets.Objectively assess the impact of strategic initiatives, codifying what worked, what did not, and translating learnings into future strategies, planning processes, and execution priorities.Build mechanisms to network best practices, importing and exporting scalable ideas across markets and Bottling Partners.

Enterprise Contribution

Contribute to business-critical OU initiatives and leadership discussions through structured analysis, clear recommendations, a system lens, and execution rigor.

Qualifications & Experience

8+ years of progressive experience across Strategy, Growth, Insights, Planning, Commercial Strategy, Sales, or related business roles.Preferred experience in strategy consulting or equivalent strategy roles, with exposure to structured problem-solving, hypothesis-led analysis, stakeholder engagement, and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.Strong understanding of FMCG industry, with the ability to translate consumer, customer, channel, and market dynamics into actionable commercial strategies and execution priorities.Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, work effectively in cross-functional teams, and contribute clear, fact-based recommendations to senior business discussions.Experience working in complex, matrixed, and culturally diverse environments.Strong analytical orientation combined with practical, execution-focused thinking.Experience using digital tools, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled solutions to improve analysis, generate insights, and enhance the quality and speed of strategic decision-making.
