We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Manager – Product who can go beyond dashboards and reporting someone who can use data to shape product strategy, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and drive measurable business and customer impact.This is a high-ownership role working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Growth, and Business teams. You’ll be expected to bring structure to ambiguous problems, identify what matters, and turn complex datasets into simple, actionable decisions.

What You'll DoOwn the product analytics agenda across key product areas, partnering closely with Product and business leadership.Drive analytics automation by integrating LLMs with governed data sources, enabling scalable self-service insights, faster analysis, and efficient decision-making.Translate product and business questions into clear analytical frameworks, metrics, and actionable insights.Build and evolve product KPIs, measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting that help teams understand product performance.Analyze the end-to-end customer journey, identifying friction points, drop-offs, conversion opportunities, and areas for improvement.Partner with Product Managers to evaluate new features, product changes, and experiments, measuring their impact on customer behavior and business outcomes.Drive A/B testing and experimentation, including hypothesis definition, success metrics, analysis, and interpretation of results.Identify trends and opportunities across customer behavior, engagement, retention, conversion, monetization, and product adoption.Develop a deep understanding of customer segments and behaviors and use these insights to influence product roadmap and prioritization.Work closely with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to improve data quality, instrumentation, tracking, and analytical capabilities.Establish a strong culture of data-driven product decision-making, helping teams move from reporting what happened to understanding why it happened and what to do next.Present complex analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a simple, structured, and compelling way.Mentor and develop analysts, raising the bar on analytical thinking, technical skills, and business impact.Proactively identify opportunities where analytics can create meaningful improvements rather than waiting for business teams to ask the question.

What You'll Need7+ years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, data analytics, or a closely related field, with meaningful experience in a product-led environment.Hands-on experience using LLMs and generative AI to automate analytics workflows and connect users with governed data sources, while ensuring accuracy, security, and reliability.Strong expertise in SQL and hands-on experience working with large and complex datasets.Strong understanding of product analytics, experimentation, statistical analysis, and KPI development.Experience working with product analytics and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.Strong understanding of A/B testing, hypothesis testing, statistical significance, and experiment design.Ability to connect granular data analysis with business and product outcomes.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to structure ambiguous, open-ended problems.Experience partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and senior business stakeholders.Strong communication skills — you should be able to take a complex analysis and explain the key insight in a way that drives a decision.Experience managing, mentoring, or leading analysts is strongly preferred.Experience in e-commerce, consumer technology, marketplaces, fintech, food delivery, quick commerce, or other high-scale digital products is a plus.
