Job Title: Senior Admission CounsellorCompany: upGradLocation: GurugramWork Days: Mon–SatRole OverviewThe Senior Admission Counsellor is responsible for driving enrollments by counselling potential learners, conducting Video Counselling sessions, and converting qualified leads while consistently achieving revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage & qualify assigned leads via calling and CRM inputs.Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs.Conduct impactful Video Counselling sessions to drive conversions.Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-ups.Achieve daily/weekly KPIs & revenue numbers.Eligibility2+ years EdTech sales experience (Study Abroad preferred).Minimum 1 year stability in previous organization.Graduation mandatory.Proven target achievement record.Comfortable working 6 days/week.Strong communication, persuasion & rapport-building skills.CompensationBest in industry + attractive performance incentives
