Role & responsibilities
Manage and resolve replenishment-related complaints and operational issues.
Coordinate with Warehouse, FC, Stores and other internal teams for issue resolution.
Track pending cases and ensure timely closure within defined TAT.
Monitor and follow up on tickets to ensure timely resolution and closure.
Identify recurring issues and support RCA and process improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on pending concerns.
Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse operations and replenishment processes.
Prepare and maintain basic reports, trackers and MIS using MS Excel.
