Support dashboards, KPI reporting, and risk visibility.

Prepare leadership presentations and reviews.

Operational Excellence (Reliability & Resilience)

Analyse performance gaps and improvement opportunities.

Support reliability, resilience, and business continuity initiatives.

Coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholder alignment.

Develop dashboards, insights, and executive-ready recommendations.

Customer Excellence

Support initiatives that improve customer experience through operational performance.

Track customer-impacting metrics, disruptions, and recovery actions.
