Amex Offers is a digital advertising platform that connects Merchants and brands with tens of millions of American Express Card Members across the globe. Through targeted marketing campaigns, the platform helps Merchants and Advertisers engage relevant Card Members while providing marketing teams and participating merchants with visibility into campaign performance and business impact. In addition to Amex Offers, Amex Ads is an emerging advertising platform that enables global advertisers to reach high-value audiences. Together, measurement across Amex Offers and Amex Ads form the foundation of Amex Offers Digital Marketing (AODM) measurement domain, providing comprehensive campaign performance insights and enabling data-driven marketing decisions.

The Amex Offers team is seeking a candidate to support Global Marketing Measurement (GMM) Product Enablement & Validation. Global Marketing Measurement (GMM) is a self-service reporting application that provides marketing teams with timely visibility into Amex Offers campaign performance during and after campaign execution.

Responsibilities

Build deep expertise in the Global Marketing Measurement (GMM) product, its capabilities, user journeys, and data ecosystem to enable product adoption and drive business impact. Drive timely, high-quality delivery of GMM features, enhancements, and releases across the end-to-end product development lifecycle. Collaborate with Product Managers, Technology teams, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements, validation criteria, and actionable product outcomes. Leverage SQL to analyze and validate data across multiple sources, identify discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of product outputs. Investigate business and product challenges through data analysis, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. Perform functional and business validation of GMM capabilities, including test execution, defect investigation, and release-readiness assessment. Coordinate UAT with business stakeholders, consolidate feedback, and partner with Product and Technology teams to drive issue resolution. Validate campaign measurement outputs and reporting experiences for data quality and business alignment and support post-launch validation and issue resolution. Create and maintain product enablement materials, including user guides, release notes, FAQs, and validation documentation to strengthen product understanding and adoption. Leverage reporting, business intelligence, and AI/GenAI tools to enhance analytics, validation, documentation, and team productivity.

Qualifications

2-6 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Product Enablement, Business Analytics, Data Validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Product Management, or related functions. Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or another analytical discipline. Proficiency in SQL, with a strong understanding of cloud-based data platforms and data ecosystems. Solid analytical and data management skills, including data lineage, quality validation, reconciliation, root-cause analysis, and transforming data into actionable business insights. Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Product, Technology, Marketing, and business teams. Understanding of UAT or business validation, including test-scenario development, output validation, defect management, and release-readiness activities, is preferred. Experience with reporting or business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is preferred. Exposure to marketing, campaign analytics, measurement, or customer reporting platforms is preferred. Exposure to AI/GenAI tools used for analytics, validation, process improvement, documentation, or productivity is preferred.
