Sales Process Specialist – APAC

Location: Manesar, India

Role Summary

The Sales Process Specialist will support APAC Sales teams by managing key sales support activities, improving process efficiency, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of operational tasks. The role will focus on enabling Sales productivity by simplifying processes, maintaining data quality, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across sales operations workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Support APAC Sales teams with day-to-day sales process activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks. Assist with Quote-to-Cash related activities, including quote support, order coordination, contract documentation, customer account updates, and request follow-ups. Maintain accurate and high-quality data in Salesforce CRM, SAP, CPQ, and related business systems. Drive efficiency by identifying process gaps, reducing manual effort, and recommending opportunities for process simplification and improvement using AI. Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve turnaround time. Track task status, follow up on pending items, and support SLA adherence for sales support activities. Prepare basic reports, dashboards, and process updates to support visibility and decision-making. Support regional projects, process transitions, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Operations, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Commercial Operations, Customer Support, or Business Process Management. Demonstrated exposure to process simplification, process improvement, or operational efficiency initiatives. Experience working with ERP systems; Salesforce, SAP, or CPQ experience will be an advantage. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across APAC teams. Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong understanding of sales support operations and Quote-to-Cash processes, with the ability to support APAC Sales teams through timely, accurate, and customer-focused execution. Process simplification and continuous improvement mindset, including the ability to identify gaps, reduce manual effort, improve workflows, and drive operational efficiency. Digital, data, and AI readiness, with working knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, SAP, CPQ, Excel, Power BI, and the ability to validate AI-enabled outputs responsibly. Critical thinking, stakeholder communication, ownership, and learning agility to manage unclear requests, prioritize effectively, keep Sales teams informed, and adapt quickly across APAC processes.
