Analyse root causes and develop clear, actionable recommendations. Agree on remediation plans with process owners and track closure against supporting evidence. Present assessment results and exposure estimates to Risk & Loss Prevention leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with business, finance, product, and technology teams to validate findings. Partner with stakeholders to strengthen controls while considering the customer journey.
Qualification & Experience
8–12 years of experience in risk assessment, internal controls, process assurance, internal audit, or operational risk. CA, CIA, CISA, MBA in Finance, or an equivalent relevant qualification.
