Job Title

Rewards Services Partner, Central Team

Job Description

Are you ready to help build something new?

At Philips, meaningful careers are built by stepping into opportunities that challenge you, broaden your perspective, and enable you to make an impact with care.

The Central Rewards Services team was established in August 2026 to bring together shared activities across M&A, analytics, equity, mobility, business travel, and operations. By combining our expertise, we aim to increase agility and strengthen global consistency.

As a Rewards Services Partner, you will join us at an important stage in our journey. You will help shape how the team works, contribute across disciplines, and grow your expertise beyond a single Rewards specialization.

In this role, you have the opportunity to..

Help build the future of Rewards Services at Philips. You will combine ownership of Global Mobility support for the APAC region with broader contributions to global Rewards processes, including annual compensation rounds, market benchmarking, analytics, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.

This is intentionally a diverse and evolving role. The Central Rewards Services team is new, and not every responsibility or way of working has been fully defined. You will have the space to bring ideas, test better approaches, and take ownership where your experience, curiosity, and energy can create value.

You will work with specialists across the global Rewards landscape, learn from different disciplines, and help connect activities that have traditionally been managed separately. In doing so, you will strengthen both the employee experience and the consistency and effectiveness of our Rewards services.

The role is an opportunity to broaden your career as a Rewards professional while making a visible contribution to the success of a new global team.

Your role

•Own and coordinate Global Mobility activities for the APAC region, providing clear guidance and a consistent experience for employees and stakeholders.

•Contribute to global Rewards cycles, including annual compensation review processes, with a focus on accurate preparation, effective coordination, and high-quality delivery.

•Support market benchmarking and Rewards analysis, translating data into clear insights that enable informed decisions.

•Work across Central Rewards Services activities, including equity, business travel, M&A, analytics, operations, and Rewards Excellence, based on business priorities and team needs.

•Help design and embed new ways of working that reduce duplication, improve agility, and strengthen global consistency.

•Identify opportunities to simplify processes, clarify ownership, improve service quality, and create an even better employee and stakeholder experience.

•Build strong partnerships with a multitude of stakeholders from a great variety of functions within the organisation to deliver connected solutions.

•Use data, technology, and AI responsibly to improve insights, efficiency, and service delivery.

•Share knowledge, learn from colleagues across disciplines, and contribute to building capability within the Central Rewards Services team and the wider Rewards community.

•Take ownership beyond established boundaries when new priorities emerge, balancing flexibility with sound judgment and reliable delivery.

The impact you can make

Your contribution will go beyond delivering individual processes. You will help turn a newly established team into a connected and trusted global partner by:

•Ensuring a consistent, employee-focused Global Mobility experience across the APAC region.

•Helping global Rewards processes run smoothly and deliver reliable outcomes.

•Connecting expertise and activities across Central Rewards Services so that work is performed where it creates the most value.

•Bringing forward practical ideas and turning them into improvements that can be scaled globally.

•Helping build a team culture based on collaboration, curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning.

You're the right fit if you have:

•A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

•Experience in Global Mobility, Compensation, Rewards, HR Operations, or a related discipline.

•Interest in broadening your expertise across multiple Rewards areas rather than remaining within one specialization.

•Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data and complexity into clear insights and practical actions.

•Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills in a global, matrixed organization.

•The ability to organize priorities, deliver reliably, and adapt when business needs change.

•A continuous-improvement mindset and the confidence to question existing approaches constructively.

•Curiosity, creativity, and flexibility, together with a willingness to step outside your comfort zone.

•The judgment and discretion required when working with confidential employee and business information.

•AI literacy and an interest in using technology to improve how Rewards services are delivered.

You will thrive in this role if you...

•Are energized by the opportunity to help create, not only to maintain.

•Can bring structure to ambiguity without waiting for every detail to be defined.

•See change as an opportunity to learn, contribute, and improve.

•Enjoy moving between regional delivery, global processes, analysis, and project work.

•Build trust through collaboration, openness, and follow-through.

•Want to broaden your Rewards expertise and help a new team become a success.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
