Job Description
You will play a vital role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of telecom equipment returned from the field. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair 3G/4G/5G devices at both component and board levels while collaborating with technicians and engineering teams to resolve complex issues. Your expertise in testing, quality standards, and adherence to service level agreements will help maintain high-quality repair operations. You’ll document results and drive continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to efficient repair center operations and supporting our commitment to delivering reliable telecommunications solutions to our customers.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
Diagnose and repair telecom equipment (3G/4G/5G) at component and board level.Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing on faulty hardware.Utilize automated and manual testers to analyze faults and validate repairs.Collaborate with repair teams to ensure adherence to Nokia quality standards and SLAs.Conduct functional and performance tests; prepare diagnostic and service reports.Load firmware, calibrate, and configure units according to OEM standards.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance turnaround time and repair quality.Maintain accurate records and documentation for traceability and compliance purposes.
Key Skills And Experience
Must-Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Telecommunications3 plus years of experience in Repair OperationsProficiency in testing and troubleshooting electronic/mechanical systemsExperience with test equipment, automated testers, and diagnostic toolsExperience in analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice-To-Have:
