This position is responsible for the Quality Management Function within the “Buildings” Business unit of Smart Infrastructure Op Co., Siemens Ltd.

Role Purpose

Act as the Quality Management (QM) lead for Products Business and Partner Management for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO standards, legal and regulatory requirements, customer requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and improve QMS (ISO 9001).

Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal and external audits.

Define process interactions, quality objectives, and improvement plans.

Drive risk management, change management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions (CAPA).

Monitor quality performance and prepare management reports/KPIs.

Manage customer complaints, non-conformities, and customer satisfaction activities.

Support product safety audits and compliance requirements.

Coordinate product and process certifications (BIS, UL, FM, etc.).

Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration with Business Development, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Global Quality teams.

Ensure TRS and Product Safety Compliance and reporting

Core Competencies

Lead/Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015.

Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement.

Risk management, change management, A3/8D problem solving.

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA.

Product & process certification management.

Quality reporting and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Education: B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

Experience: 5-7 years in Quality Management.

Location: Gurugram.

Tools: MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Regular Activities

Quality MIS reporting and data analysis.

QMS document and record control.

Internal and Product Safety audits.

CAPA tracking and closure.

BIS and other certification coordination.
