Role: Regional QC Head – FNV Industry: Retail / E-commerce (Fresh Produce)

Role Objective:To ensure adherence to quality standards across vendor and national arrivals at Distribution Centers (DCs), lead QC teams, resolve escalations, and enhance customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:✔️ Monitor and manage customer complaints & drive root cause analysis✔️ Ensure 100% QC for vendor arrivals & sampling for national arrivals✔️ Lead QC teams across DCs with regular training & SOP adherence✔️ Oversee vendor onboarding & ensure quality alignment✔️ Monitor shelf-life, rejections, and reduce wastage✔️ Ensure documentation, hygiene & FSSAI compliance✔️ Drive control on write-offs, dump, and shrinkage with CAPA actions
