About The Role

The Provisioning Coordinator plays a pivotal role within the Project Delivery team, ensuring the successful delivery of Onecom products and services to both internal and external customers. You will manage provisioning activities across a range of solutions including Hosted Telephony, Connectivity Services, Wholesale Line Rental, Calls, and PBX systems. Acting as the first point of contact post-sale, you will coordinate with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within agreed timelines.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage the end-to-end delivery of Onecom products and services including Hosted Telephony, Connectivity, Line Rental, Calls, and PBX solutions.Act as the single point of contact for customers throughout the provisioning and delivery lifecycle.Coordinate the onboarding of new customers in line with company processes and procedures.Provide regular project updates and communicate effectively with customers via telephone and email.Manage orders through carrier portals and supplier platforms, ensuring accurate processing.Schedule site surveys, installations, and technical resources where required.Order and coordinate hardware and equipment required for project delivery.Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies.Track and monitor orders to ensure products and services are delivered within SLA targets.Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain delivery timelines.Support ad-hoc hardware configuration activities when required.Produce and maintain project-related documentation for customers and technical teams.

What We're Looking For

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Attention to detail with strong administration and documentation skills.Experience working within service delivery, provisioning, project coordination, or telecommunications environments.Ability to work under pressure and meet SLA-driven deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

Our dream candidate will also have

Experience working with telecom carriers, service providers, or connectivity solutions.Knowledge of Hosted Telephony, Broadband, Connectivity, or PBX services.Understanding of provisioning processes and order management systems.Experience with CRM and project management tools.A continuous improvement mindset and passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
