Job Role: Product Manager – Supply Chain & Operations
You should apply if you have:
2–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in e-commerce, D2C, marketplaces, logistics-tech, quick commerce, retail-tech, or supply-chain SaaS.
Experience owning operational or platform products from discovery to launch and impact measurement.
Strong problem-solving and product discovery skills, with the ability to identify root causes and translate operational challenges into scalable product solutions.
Experience working closely with Engineering, Operations, Design, QA, and external technology partners.
A data-driven approach to product decisions and prioritization.
Good understanding of warehouse, logistics, inventory, OMS/WMS, fulfillment, or supply-chain workflows.
You should not apply if you:
Are looking primarily for an integration coordination or project coordination role rather than end-to-end product ownership.
Prefer working only on requirements provided by stakeholders without independently identifying and solving problems.
Are uncomfortable working closely with Operations and Engineering teams.
Prefer building manual processes instead of scalable, technology-driven solutions.
Do not enjoy working with complex operational workflows, dependencies, and edge cases.
Skills Required:

Product strategy and roadmap management
PRD, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
Prioritization and stakeholder management

Partner with Engineering and QA through development, testing, rollout, and stabilization.
