Product Manager – SD-Branch (NaaS Portfolio)

Location: Gurgaon, India

Reports to: VP Product, NaaS

Role Overview

You will own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of our SD-Branch portfolio: the converged set of services that make an enterprise branch site connect, run and stay secure. Your job is to turn a collection of vendor-dependent, project-delivered solutions into repeatable products that can be sold, ordered, provisioned and supported at scale.

The ideal candidate combines strong enterprise networking knowledge with product management expertise and can translate market opportunities and customer needs into differentiated products that deliver business growth and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

Solution ownership

You own and evolve the branch service portfolio, spanning SDWAN and its integration with underway, managed LAN, branch security and assurance & observability.

Product Strategy

Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for SD-Branch services.Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning.Develop business cases and investment proposals for new capabilities and enhancements.Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.

Product Development

Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, sales, engineering, operations, and partners.Create product requirements, service definitions, and feature roadmaps.Work with technology and delivery teams to develop and launch new capabilities.Ensure products are scalable, commercially viable, and operationally efficient.

Qualifications

Required

7+ years in product management, solution management or technical product roles, with at least 3 in enterprise networking.Working depth in SD-WAN and branch networking, you can hold your own in an architecture review, and you know the practical difference between what a vendor datasheet claims and what survives contact with a 400-site rollout.Demonstrated ownership of a product through a full lifecycle: definition, launch, iteration, and either scale or sunset.Commercial fluency: you can build a business case, defend a price point, and explain a margin structure.

Strongly Preferred

Experience productising services that were previously delivered as projects.Familiarity with major branch vendor ecosystems (e.g. Cisco/Meraki, Fortinet)
