Job Role: Product Manager – Supply Chain & Operations
You should apply if you have:2–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in e-commerce, D2C, marketplaces, logistics-tech, quick commerce, retail-tech, or supply-chain SaaS.Experience owning operational or platform products from discovery to launch and impact measurement.Strong problem-solving and product discovery skills, with the ability to identify root causes and translate operational challenges into scalable product solutions.Experience working closely with Engineering, Operations, Design, QA, and external technology partners.A data-driven approach to product decisions and prioritization.Good understanding of warehouse, logistics, inventory, OMS/WMS, fulfillment, or supply-chain workflows.You should not apply if you:Are looking primarily for an integration coordination or project coordination role rather than end-to-end product ownership.Prefer working only on requirements provided by stakeholders without independently identifying and solving problems.Are uncomfortable working closely with Operations and Engineering teams.Prefer building manual processes instead of scalable, technology-driven solutions.Do not enjoy working with complex operational workflows, dependencies, and edge cases.

What will you do?Own the product vision and roadmap for warehouse, logistics, inventory, fulfillment, and supply-chain technology.Identify and prioritize high-impact operational problems based on business value, customer impact, operational impact, scalability, and engineering effort.Work closely with Warehouse, Logistics, Inventory, Customer Support, Business, Engineering, Design, and QA teams to understand problems and build scalable solutions.Conduct root-cause analysis and validate requirements using operational data, user feedback, and process analysis.Create PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and detailed product requirements.Define edge cases, dependencies, exception flows, and fallback scenarios.Drive initiatives end-to-end — from discovery → prioritization → build → launch → adoption → impact measurement.Own UAT and ensure products work effectively in real operational scenarios.Partner with Engineering and QA through development, testing, rollout, and stabilization.Work with external WMS, logistics, courier, and supply-chain technology partners.Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, risks, and progress to leadership and operational teams.Drive initiatives across areas such as:Multi-warehouse order allocationInventory reservation and ATPWMS workflowsInventory synchronization and reconciliationEDD and delivery promiseShipment trackingNDR/RTO workflowsDarkstore fulfillmentWarehouse productivity toolsReturns and inventory restorationSupply-chain automation
Work Experience: 2–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in e-commerce, D2C, marketplaces, logistics-tech, quick commerce, retail-tech, or supply-chain SaaS.
