Product Manager – Cross-Border & International Payments

About The Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Product Manager with strong experience in Cross-Border Payments, International Payments, or Global Fintech. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end product execution and work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, compliant, and customer-centric international payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the product roadmap for Cross-Border and International Payment solutions, aligned with business and company objectives Translate product vision into clear requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes Drive complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders, managing dependencies, regulations, and trade-offs Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and Business teams Build and enhance payment solutions for international money movement, cross-border collections, payouts, and settlements Ensure products remain compliant with RBI, FEMA, FX regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and applicable international payment standards Work closely with banking partners, payment networks, FX partners, and other ecosystem stakeholders Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and drive continuous improvement Identify problems, break down ambiguity, and apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization Understand customer and business requirements related to multi-currency payments, FX conversion, international settlements, and reconciliation Build and scale international payment solutions with a strong focus on customer experience, compliance, business impact, and operational efficiency
