About the project:The Catalog Platform team builds the core PIM (Product Information Management) system that powers seamless catalog management across all noon marketplaces. Our platform supports product creation, content management, and key operational workflows, including quality control and bulk data imports.We are a core catalog platform team supporting 6+ marketplaces and managing a high-stakes, high-scale foundational layer for noon's entire e-commerce ecosystem. Our catalog size is over 2 Billion products, handling a peak volume of 40 Million updates a day. The primary roadmap focus is to ensure platform stability, drive incremental operational optimizations, and support Marketplaces for their catalog-related requirements.

Responsibilities:Articulate business and customer problems, ask the right questions and independently arrive at solutions in a structured and self sufficient manner. Strong problem solving skills are a must.Write clear and comprehensive PRDs to align business, design and engineering teams. Be extremely organized to ensure that the project is on track.Define the MVP to validate hypotheses and use insights to evolve features into sustainable product solutions.Become the subject matter expert on our end-to-end Catalog Platform architecture, workflows, and integrations.Partner tightly with internal stakeholders (other PMs, Ops teams, Engineering) to understand their pain points and map them to current platform capabilities.Drive platform adoption and manage cross-team dependencies by influencing engineers and product teams across the organization without direct authority.Prioritize maintenance and enhancement requests based on internal impact, feasibility, and ROI.Conduct data analysis (hands-on with SQL) to find insights that drive operational improvements.

Experience:4-6 years of Product Management experience, preferably focused on internal tools, platforms, or backend systems.Technical Literacy: Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and backend architecture concepts (you need to speak the engineers' language without necessarily coding).Internal Stakeholder Management: Experience partnering closely with internal Ops, Product, and Tech teams.Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies.Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and familiarity with tools like Jira, SQL, and BigQuery.
