Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and professional individual to support the organization's Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Committee and related employee grievance processes. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating committee activities, handling confidential communications, maintaining records, and assisting in awareness and compliance initiatives related to the PoSH Act.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and coordination support to the PoSH Internal Committee.
Assist in handling PoSH-related queries, communications, and documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Coordinate committee meetings, investigations, hearings, and follow-up actions as required.
Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to PoSH cases and compliance requirements.
Support the planning and execution of PoSH awareness programs, workshops, and training sessions.
Draft professional emails, notices, meeting minutes, and other official communications.
Liaise with employees, committee members, and stakeholders for timely resolution of matters.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and statutory compliance requirements.
Prepare periodic reports and MIS related to committee activities.
Perform other HR coordination and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
2-4 years of corporate work experience.
Prior experience in HR coordination, employee relations, compliance, administration, or grievance handling will be preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.
