Job Purpose

The Outsourcing Service Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing outsourced engineering and technical services across the organization. The role acts as the primary interface between Engineering, Suppliers, Purchasing, Finance, HR and IT, ensuring that outsourced resources, suppliers and related processes are managed efficiently, compliantly and cost-effectively.

The position combines operational execution, supplier governance, process ownership and data-driven decision making to support engineering teams and enable them to focus on core product development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Outsourcing Operations

Coordinate end-to-end outsourcing activities from request initiation through project closure.

Support engineering teams in identifying and engaging approved suppliers.

Manage onboarding and offboarding activities for outsourced personnel.

Coordinate access requests, user IDs, hardware and software provisioning.

Ensure compliance with outsourcing processes, company policies and contractual requirements.

Supplier Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers.

Monitor supplier performance, service quality and responsiveness.

Facilitate issue resolution between suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Support supplier rationalization and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Promote the use of best-cost-country suppliers and preferred vendors whenever applicable.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure adherence to global outsourcing policies, procedures and tools.

Maintain accurate supplier and consultant records.

Support audit activities and compliance reviews.

Monitor contract and Statement of Work (SOW) lifecycle management.

Financial & Administrative Management

Coordinate SOW preparation, validation and approval processes.

Support PR/PO creation and follow-up activities.

Monitor supplier spend and budget utilization.

Ensure timely closure of projects, purchase orders and contractual commitments.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process efficiencies.

Data Analytics & KPI Management

Maintain outsourcing dashboards and reporting tools.

Analyze supplier and outsourcing data to identify trends and opportunities.

Monitor key performance indicators related to cost, quality, efficiency and compliance.

Provide regular reports and insights to management and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

Identify process inefficiencies and drive corrective actions.

Support implementation of new tools, systems and process improvements.

Contribute to standardization of outsourcing practices globally.

Share best practices across regions and business units.

Experience Required

At least 1 year of professional experience in a structured multinational organization.Experience in administration, procurement, personnel coordination and data analysis.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment.Advanced knowledge of Power BI and SAP is considered a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
