How You Will Do It

Actively participate in the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of OTC Collections processes.Support the implementation and enhancement of collection strategies, segmentation methodologies, and dialer campaigns to improve collection effectiveness.Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization across regions and markets.Promote best practices and ensure alignment with global OTC standards and governance.Lead and support global OTC process improvement, automation, and transformation projects from concept through implementation.Develop project plans, timelines, business cases, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure effective delivery of initiatives.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including OTC Operations, Finance, IT, Reporting, and external vendors, to achieve project objectives.Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks, issues, and barriers to successful execution.Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and governance reviews to ensure alignment on project scope, priorities, and deliverables.Support testing, change management, training, and adoption activities associated with new processes, systems, and automation solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders, regional OTC teams, and country organizations to improve collection cycle effectiveness.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in a leadership role within training and development, specifically in an Order to Cash, collections, or financial services environment.Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to coach, mentor, and lead a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to translate business requirements into technical and operational solutions.Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
