Role Overview:We are looking for a hands-on OD & Learning professional who enjoys wearing different hats – from supporting development programs and working with data to creating engaging content and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.The role will work closely with the AVP – OD to support the design, execution and governance of development initiatives, with a significant focus on our ops.teams. We are looking for someone who can contribute ideas, and importantly, bring structure, strong execution and follow-through to make them happen.
Key Responsibilities :Support the planning and execution of development programs, assessment initiatives and learning interventions.Drive program governance through timelines, trackers, participant management, reviews and regular progress updates.Coordinate with business leaders, HR teams, participants and external partners to ensure smooth execution.Create engaging learning content, presentations and communication collateral using PowerPoint and Canva.Leverage AI tools to support learning content creation, research, ideation, presentations and other learning assets, improving both quality and speed of execution.Manage and analyse program and assessment data using Advanced Excel, including dashboards and management reports.Use data, feedback and program outcomes to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.Contribute ideas and research to strengthen existing programs and support the development of new learning interventions.Independently manage specific projects/work streams and ensure timely closure of agreed actions.
