Requirements:
Ability to design end-to-end motion experiences: from concept, storyboarding, to final execution.
Strong capability in website motion design (micro-interactions, transitions, scroll-based storytelling).
Experience creating high-quality motion for marketing materials (ads, social, performance creatives).
Ability to craft product launch and explainer videos that simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.
High ownership, able to take a brief, shape the idea, and deliver impactful output independently.
Strong eye for visual detail, pacing, timing, and composition.
Ability to collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams.
Familiarity with motion systems and consistency across surfaces (app, web, campaigns).
Awareness of current trends in motion, editing styles, and digital content formats.
Comfortable with both 2d and 3d motion design.
