Business Support manager is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations across GM, GCIB & International Finance and Treasury and driving execution of effective governance, technology enablement, policy adherence, and continuous improvement.
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Support Manager to support the COO organization in executing key business management and transformation priorities. The role will partner with GBS control & support functions like Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders to drive governance routines, technology adoption and ensure there are no KRI or KPI breaches. The role is instrumental in ensuring we remain compliant with all the policy and guidelines of GBS,
This role will also play a key role in supporting the HC forecast cycles in partnership with the LOB counterparts.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business priorities into actionable outcomes while maintaining a strong risk and control environment.
Key responsibilities include acting as a central point of contact for senior leadership routines and activities, financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, associate training, service quality, process improvements, business continuity, and communications. Job expectations include interacting with a wide variety of business partners to deliver strategic work efforts to ensure tactical priorities are met.
Responsibilities

Experience Range
7 to 8 years with at least 5 years’ experience in COO support role.
