Manager — Founder's Office (AI-Enabled Research & Insights)

M3M India is looking for a sharp, resourceful Manager to join the Founder's Office and work directly alongside the Mgmt. This is a high-trust, high-visibility seat: you will be the person the Promoter turns to when a question needs a well-researched, clearly-argued answer — often in a short turnaround time.The role is built for someone who has genuinely made AI part of how they work. Not someone who has "used ChatGPT," but someone who uses different AI tools on regular basis.

Research & insight generationOwn the Mgmt.'s question queue — turn ambiguous, open-ended asks into crisp, evidence-backed answersRun rapid research using AI tools alongside primary sources: industry reports etcProduce deep-dive briefs, one-pagers, and decision memos — short, structured, and sourcedDesign and improve the Founder's Office AI workflow: prompt libraries, research playbooks, custom GPTs/agents, knowledge repositories, and quality checks that keep AI output reliableCommunications & stakeholder managementDraft presentations, notes, and correspondence on the Mgmt.'s behalf for internal leadership, boards, investors, partners, and external forumsPrepare the Minutes for meetings — background dossiers on counterparties, agenda framing, anticipated questions, and follow-up trackingAct as a bridge between the Management and business unit heads: translate intent into action, chase clarity, and close loopsRepresent the Founder's Office with professionalism and absolute discretion across all internal and external interactions
