Full job description

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to shape the end-to-end experience across CarDekho Group consumer products. You will turn customer needs and business goals into clear product direction, lead cross-functional teams from discovery through launch, and improve outcomes with evidence. You will work closely with Design, Engineering, Data, Content and business teams to make complex automotive decisions easier for customers.

What you'll own -• Own the experience roadmap. Set product vision, strategy, and priorities for your area; connect customer problems to measurable business outcomes.• Lead end-to-end product development. Frame opportunities, write clear requirements, prioritize trade-offs, and guide delivery from discovery and validation through launch and iteration.• Improve customer journeys. Make vehicle discovery, evaluation, and purchase decisions more useful and straightforward across web and mobile.• Move product metrics. Define and move a balanced set of product outcomes: experience quality (task success, journey completion, customer effort, and satisfaction); retention (returning-user rate, repeat visits, and cohort retention, such as D7/D30); and engagement (time spent, tracked separately). Set baselines and targets, use research, funnel analysis, and experiments to find friction, and show how shipped improvements change customer and business outcomes.• Ground decisions in customer evidence. Combine user research, support and sales feedback, behavioural data and market context to identify the right problems to solve.• Build with strong partners. Align design and engineering around customer outcomes, technical feasibility, and quality; coordinate with Data, Content, Operations and commercial teams.• Create clarity at scale. Communicate decisions and trade-offs, manage dependencies and risks, and keep stakeholders aligned as priorities evolve.

What you bring:• Product management experience leading customer-facing digital products, ideally in a high-traffic B2C marketplace or e-commerce environment.• Sense of user interaction and experience across each stage of the journey • End-to-end ownership from identifying customer problems and setting strategy to shipping, measuring, and improving products.• Strong analytical judgment and experience defining product metrics, interpreting funnels, and using experiments or other evidence to guide decisions.• Customer understanding with skill in research, journey mapping, and translating complex needs into simple product experiences.• Cross-functional leadership, including clear written and verbal communication, sound prioritization, and the ability to influence without direct authority.• Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering and data and make informed product trade-offs.
