Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic Admission Counselor who can drive enrollments for Executive Education programs. The role involves engaging with working professionals, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right program while ensuring high conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound leads for Executive Education programsCounsel working professionals on program offerings, career outcomes, and value propositionDrive end-to-end admission process from inquiry to enrollmentConvert leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups and relationship buildingUnderstand candidate profiles and recommend suitable programsMaintain accurate records in CRM and track lead progressCoordinate with internal teams for smooth admission experienceAchieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience in admissions / education sales / counseling (Executive Education preferred)Strong communication and convincing skillsProven track record of achieving targetsAbility to engage with working professionals and senior candidatesFamiliarity with CRM tools and lead management systemsStrong follow-up and closure skills
