About The Role
The leader will be responsible for high-quality, consistent HR interventions across key people priorities, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Organization Development, Reward Management, Employee Relations, and HR Operations, enabling leaders, managers and employees to deliver maximum value to the business.
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the Sales & Expert division. The role will partner closely with Commercial leadership to align people priorities with business growth and strategic objectives, while ensuring HR delivery remains effective, compliant, and of consistently high quality.
Role Responsibilities
Partner with Operating Unit HR and Commercial leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into fit-for-purpose HR strategies aligned to Sales & Expert objectives.Lead strategic workforce and manpower planning to ensure the right structure, capacity, and capabilities for current and future business needs.Partner with stakeholders on recruitment, talent pipeline, and diversity priorities to support accelerated growth and critical capability requirements.Drive talent management, succession planning, and capability-building interventions, including identification of critical roles and development actions for key talent.Coach and advise leaders and managers on people decisions, employee development, policies, processes, and effective ways of working.Manage complex people matters and escalations from managers, employees, and Service Hubs, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes.Review sales policies, incentive frameworks, related processes, and rewards and recognition programs to benchmark and implement relevant best practices.Apply strategic reward and employee value proposition solutions to attract, engage, and retain critical talent across the Commercial organization.Enable leaders and managers to strengthen employee experience, engagement, and communication across teams, keeping employees informed on business direction and priorities.Work with Country HR Operations, Reward leads, and relevant stakeholders to improve HR service delivery, manage people risks, and drive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement.Lead and inspire a team of Regional HRBPs – set clear direction to deliver against shared priorities and strengthen engagement and performance across the team.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent clarity and judgement to define a clear and compelling vision and strategy for the function and the organisation.Ability to collaborate effectively across seniority and stakeholder groups.Proven experience in creating and facilitating a healthy, engaged, and inclusive working environment that is sustainable over time.Experience in leading talent and capability initiativesPrior experience supporting customer-facing teams or a sales population.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from a reputed university; MBA from a Tier 1 institute preferred. Minimum 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably with present/past experience in a FMCG industry. Minimum 6-8 years in business partnering. Exposure to industrial relations and employee relations management will be a distinct advantage. Strong understanding of organizational behaviour, related theories, and practical application in a business context. Sound knowledge of labour legislation and its practical applicability to the role. Knowledge of contemporary people and organization development tools, frameworks, and practices. Broad HR functional experience across talent management, compensation and benefits, learning, and organization development. Experience in change management and transformation, with the ability to take initiative, influence stakeholders, and lead change effectively. Strong analytical orientation, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and apply a statistical lens to business and people challenges.
