About The Role
The incumbent will act as a strategic HR Business Partner for Global Support Functions and as the Talent, Learning & OD lead for the Operating unit ISC. As HRBP for Functions, the role will partner functional leaders on structure, manning, workforce planning, and talent strategies to enable business priorities and build future-ready capabilities.
From a Talent, Learning & OD perspective, the role will assess organization-wide learning and development needs, design strategic capability-building programs, and drive OD interventions that strengthen leadership depth, employee growth, and organizational effectiveness.
This role requires a strong blend of strategic business partnering, talent management, learning strategy, and organizational development expertise. The incumbent will work closely with business leaders, HRBPs and leadership teams to translate business priorities into people plans and enterprise-wide learning interventions.
Role Responsibilities
Partner with functional leaders on organization structure, manning plans, and workforce strategies to ensure the right capabilities and capacity are in place to deliver business outcomes.Develop and execute talent strategies for functions, including succession planning, critical role mapping, talent reviews, capability assessment, and career development interventions.Lead people initiatives for the functions aligned to organizational and functional priorities.Lead the performance and talent cycles for global support functions.Coach and advise leaders and managers on engagement and people development.Manage complex people queries from function leaders, requiring HR intervention.Partner with TA team and managers on recruitment and talent attraction efforts, to ensure right and timely resourcing.Identify organization-wide learning and development needs through business priorities, talent insights, and capability gaps, and translate them into a structured annual learning agenda.Design and deliver strategic learning and leadership development programs that build enterprise capability, strengthen leadership pipeline, and support future growth priorities.Lead OD interventions across the organization, including capability building, change enablement, culture initiatives, team effectiveness, and organization design support.Collaborate with HRBPs and functional stakeholders to address talent gaps, improve internal movement, and support speed and quality in hiring for critical roles.Act as a change champion, managing the people side of transformation efforts and enabling smooth transitions during periods of growth, restructuring, or expansion.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in working with senior stakeholders.Experience in working in a matrix organization and with global teams.Experience in conceptualizing and executing organization wide capability programs across different seniorityStrong business acumen and strategic partnering experience with functions.

Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, preferably from an institute of repute. 8+ years of experience across HR business partnering, talent management, learning and development, and organizational development roles. Strong understanding of organization structure, manning, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent strategy. Experience in diagnosing learning needs and designing strategic learning, leadership development, and capability-building programs at an organization-wide level. Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and change management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness and use talent and learning insights to drive decisions.
