About the RoleBehind every SDR conversation is an account that had to be found first. Our Data Research team is the engine that makes that happen. As a GTM Engineer, you'll build Python-based scrapers across e-commerce marketplaces to surface high-fit seller and brand accounts, then package them into clean, ready-to-work lists that go straight into our SDR team's hands. What You'll Own● Build Python-based web scrapers and data collection pipelines across e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and similar)● Enrich companies using APIs and AI to build a fuller picture of each account● Automate lead sourcing for target ICPs, end to end● Apply qualification logic and build account prioritization models to surface the best-fit leads first● Maintain clean, structured HubSpot data across all sourced accounts● Develop internal automation tools that make SDRs faster and more effective● Improve prospecting efficiency using AI, Python, and no-code automation● Work closely with SDRs and fellow data researchers to tighten ICP criteria based on lead quality feedback

What We're Looking For● Solid hands-on Python skills with real scraping experience (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium/Playwright, or similar)● Comfort with APIs, request handling, and basic anti-bot workarounds● Exposure to AI tools/APIs for data enrichment or automation● Working knowledge of data structuring; HubSpot familiarity is a plus● Self-starter energy — can turn "we need accounts in this category" into a working script without heavy oversight
