Spinny is looking for a passionate, collaborative, and data-driven Group Product Manager to join our Product team. We are a team of tinkerers, builders, and dreamers working together to make car ownership accessible, simple, and delightful. In this leadership role, you will drive strategy, mentor product managers, and lead cross-functional teams to build and scale impactful products for our customers, employees, and partners.

Responsibilities:

Own the vision, strategy, and execution for a group of products or key business areas.

Define and drive product roadmaps aligned with business goals, balancing short-term impact and long-term innovation.

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers to achieve high performance and consistent delivery.

Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to build user-centric and scalable solutions.

Establish and monitor key product metrics, setting clear, measurable goals and ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Evangelize product strategy across the organization, aligning teams toward common goals.

Conduct user research and competitor analysis to uncover insights and inform strategy.

Ensure effective communication through clear PRDs, sprint planning, and product reviews.

Measure feature success and guide course corrections based on real-world feedback and performance data.

Requirements:

B. Tech/B. and MBA/PGDM from a Tier I institute preferred.

7-11 years of product management experience, including at least 2+ years leading product managers.

Proven track record of owning and scaling consumer-facing or platform products in a fast-paced environment.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Comfortable working with engineering teams and discussing technical trade-offs.
