Job Description

This role is accountable for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI reporting solutions for the markets in scope. The role works with relevant teams and end-to-end functions to transform validated data into accurate, actionable reporting and ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions based on approved business requirementsCreate data models, Power Query transformations, DAX measures, KPIs, and clear visualizationsValidate source data, calculations, and dashboard outputs before release.Partner with Client Services, Data Acquisition, Commercial, Operations, and other relevant teams to clarify reporting requirements and resolve data issuesSupport reporting feasibility, data mapping, dashboard testing, deployment, and user access activities.Investigate reporting discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholdersMaintain reporting documentation and provide dashboard guidance or training to usersContribute to reporting automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiativesScope

Qualifications

College or University degree, preferably in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field1+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or dashboard developmentWorking knowledge of Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and report designGood knowledge of Excel and SQLExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skillsEffective written and verbal communication skills in English; local language depends on the regionAbility to work independently and in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teamsAbility to manage priorities, adapt to change, make sound decisions, and deliver according to agreed timelines
