Full job description

Your job is fine. That's the problem.

You're good at what you do. You're well paid, well regarded, maybe promoted early. And you're restless, because the hardest problems you get to touch belong to someone else.

Lenskart sells clarity. This role is for people who can work without it.

The roleFounders' Office Fellows work directly with Lenskart's founding team on the problems that matter most and fit no org chart. You won't join a function. You'll take on a series of tours of duty, each one a real problem with a real owner, a real metric and a real deadline. Fellows are meant to go on to run something: a business, a region, a market or a function, wherever they have proved they add the most.

Six problems on the table right nowVision for 78 crore people. That's roughly how many Indians need vision correction, and far too many still go without it. Find the people we haven't reached yet, and work out how to reach them.India's next 7,000 stores. We have 3,400+ stores worldwide and believe India alone has room for 10,000. Decide where they go, what they look like and how we open them faster without any of them feeling ordinary.Scaling the world's largest eyewear factory. Our Hyderabad facility is designed to make up to 200,000 pairs a day, and every prescription pair is made for one person. Help design how it runs.Intelligent eye tests. A good eye test shouldn't depend on where you live. Help us build one that is as reliable in a small town as it is in a metro. One Indian brand, worn across the world. Lenskart already sells in Japan, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Help turn it into a global brand that happens to be from India.Nobody has written this one yet. The most important problem may be one we haven't spotted. If you see it, bring it.

You'll probably fit ifYou have an unusual record of excellence: top of your class at a strong institution, a company you built, a team you turned around, a product people love, a rank, a paper, a medal. We care more about the slope of your career than where it started. You have roughly 3–10 years of work behind you. If you're younger and have already done something remarkable, apply anyway. You're the person your company calls when something is on fire. You can move from a spreadsheet to a store floor to a factory line in the same week, and be useful in all three. You write clearly, think in numbers and change your mind when the evidence says so.

Please don't apply ifYou want a defined role, a clear ladder and a predictable week. You need a big team to be effective. Here, your leverage is your thinking. You're applying to everything this week. We'll know by page two.

What you getDirect, regular access to Lenskart's founding team.Problems that reach crores of customers, not just slide decks.A seat inside a company that listed in 2025 and is still growing more than 30% a year.Compensation at the top of the market, because that's where we're hiring from.A full-time, on-site role in Gurugram, with regular travel to stores, factories and markets.

How to applyApply here on LinkedIn with your CV as a PDF.Add one extra page at the end of that same PDF. That page is your real application. On it, in under 100 words: the hardest thing you've done that nobody asked you to do.Also on it, in under 300 words: visit any Lenskart store (or use our app if there isn't one near you). Tell us one thing we should change, why it matters, and how you would test the fix in 30 days.Answer the screening questions honestly. Applications without the extra page are closed automatically.

We read every page two. If yours makes us think, we'll invite you to a working session on a real Lenskart problem, and then to meet the founders.

P.S. Look closely at the six problems above. If you notice something, mention it on your page two.
