FinTech Role (FRC- India+International)

Role Summary:The role (Senior Manager) is designed for a finance technology professional who can act as a link between the Finance and Technology teams, ensuring that financial processes and systems are efficient, well-integrated, and aligned with business objectives. The incumbent will play a critical role in managing, enhancing, and supporting the finance systems environment—particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or other ERP platforms)—and driving process automation and data integrity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary liaison between Finance and Technology teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.Lead or support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related financial applications.Understand financial reporting, accounting, and control requirements and ensure that system configurations meet GAAP and compliance standards.Develop and optimize system workflows, approval hierarchies, and data structures to improve process efficiency and accuracy.Partner with Finance leadership to identify and automate manual processes through ERP, Power BI, RPA, or other automation tools.Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with IT for timely resolution.Support preparation of system documentation, SOPs, and user training material.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Treasury, Procurement, etc.) to ensure end-to-end process connectivity.Assist in data governance, integration, and reconciliation between Dynamics and other business systems.Continuously evaluate emerging fintech tools and technologies for potential implementation.

Key Skills and Competencies:Strong understanding of financial processes — GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Consolidation, and Reporting.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems.Ability to translate financial requirements into technical system specifications and vice versa.Working knowledge of Power BI, Excel Power Query, or other analytics tools preferred.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with a focus on process efficiency and data accuracy.Understanding of system control frameworks, audit trails, and financial compliance.

Qualifications and Experience:Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) / Finance Systems Specialist with a strong technology orientation.7-8 years of relevant experience in Finance Systems, ERP implementation, or FinTech roles.Prior exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Alteryx) highly desirable.Experience in FinTech, financial services, or technology-led finance transformation environments preferred.
