Role Responsibility: Lead the end-to-end finance controllership function across the Company and its group entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong governance and controls, efficient finance operations, cash and working-capital discipline and a scalable finance organisation. The role will be a key partner to the CFO and senior management and will support strategic transactions and future capital-market readiness.Financial Controllership & Reporting:Own monthly, quarterly and annual book closure and preparation/review of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS and applicable requirements.Maintain balance-sheet hygiene through robust GL reviews, reconciliations, provisions, accruals, inter-company balances and accounting policies; resolve complex technical accounting matters.Own monthly/quarterly management reporting and provide analytical insights on financial performance, cash flow, working capital, margins and key KPIs; support Board and investor reporting.Audit, Controls & Compliance:Lead statutory, internal, tax and special-purpose audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.Establish and strengthen Internal Financial Controls/ICFR, finance SOPs, approval controls and year-round audit readiness.Provide finance oversight for direct/indirect tax and regulatory reporting, in coordination with internal teams and external advisors.Finance Operations, Inventory & Working Capital:Oversee core finance processes including AP, AR, revenue accounting, fixed assets, payroll accounting and record-to-report, with focus on accuracy, controls and turnaround time.Ensure robust inventory accounting, valuation and controls across manufacturing locations, warehouses and stores, including costing, provisions, obsolescence and ERP-to-books reconciliation.Drive cash-flow visibility and working-capital optimisation across receivables, payables and inventory; oversee banking and treasury governance.Group, Strategic & Transformation:Ensure consistent accounting, consolidation, inter-company reconciliation and reporting across domestic and overseas subsidiaries.Support M&A, investments and strategic transactions, including financial/tax due diligence, valuations, acquisition accounting and finance integration.Support IPO/capital-market readiness, including restated financial information, finance diligence and coordination with auditors, bankers and advisors, as required.Drive ERP/SAP enhancements, automation, dashboards, data integrity and process standardisation to build a scalable finance function.

Business Partnership & Team Leadership:Partner with FP&A, business and functional teams on budgets/forecasts, profitability, commercial decisions, capex, cost optimisation and financial risk assessment.Lead, mentor and develop the controllership/finance operations team, with clear accountability, strong review mechanisms and succession capability.
