Signature Global is looking to hire Financial Analysts for its Commercial & Retail Business Team based in Gurugram.

Role OverviewEvaluate acquisition and development opportunities through financial modeling and feasibility analysis.Prepare project cash flows, valuations, and management presentations.Assist in land acquisition activities, authority submissions, and leasing operations.Conduct market research and support transaction due diligence.Coordinate with consultants, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For1 to 3 years of experience in real estate investments, development, consulting, valuation, or a related field.Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.Understanding of real estate feasibility, valuation, and development economics.Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Comfortable with fieldwork and authority interactions.

PreferredBachelor's degree, CA, CFA (completed/pursuing), or equivalent.
