Its mission is to address the large, underpenetrated online insurance market by offering transparent, user-friendly services that help customers make informed decisions.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Gurgaon. The Field Sales Executive will meet prospective and existing customers, explain insurance products and services, and guide them in selecting suitable plans. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales visits, delivering product presentations, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with customers, collecting feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support. The person in this role will be expected to follow compliance guidelines, maintain accurate records of interactions and sales, and represent Policybazaar.com professionally in the field.QualificationsStrong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills for in-person interactions.Ability to understand and explain insurance products clearly, with basic financial and analytical aptitude.Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer visits and follow-ups.Comfort with using mobile and web-based tools to record leads, update customer data, and report activities.Prior experience in field sales, financial services, or insurance is an advantage.Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset, and willingness to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment in Gurgaon.
