What You Will Be DoingTravelReview of the current travel processes and procedures to identify areas of improvementServe as Concur SME and administratorProficient with Cvent’s meeting and event productsWill work closely with the travel team (1 Assistant Manager and 3 agents), who manage all travel for Cvent's 5,500 employeesWork with the travel team to resolve outstanding issues and bring them to a closeCreate documentation to track and monitor progressUltimately, provide a complete action plan to put approved suggestions in placeCreate SOP documents with the Travel Assistant Manager to document all travel processesManage attendee lists for company events, including obtaining Executive-level approvalsCoordinate Executive Travel and manage Executive travel expensesWhat You Need for this Position10+ years of travel experience with air, car, and hotel, with both domestic and international exposureProject Management experience preferredAbility to take direction but still self-manageExperience interacting with Executives and their assistants, particularly as it pertains to travel and expensesAbility to share information in an organized and professional mannerFamiliarization with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Concur, and Cvent productsDetail orientedGreat time management, able to understand and meet deadlines and goalsStrong negotiation skills
