Purpose of the role:

Working with data collected from market research surveys to provide a variety of output reports, using software products such as Quantum, SPSS, DimensionsProcessing, formatting and presenting the data in accordance with global NIQ quality standardsPrioritize, structure and deliver data processing (data table production, file creation, quality checking and workflow communication) of high complexity projects individuallyExecute day-to-day operations and tasksPrioritize and distribute projects / tasks within the teamPropose optimizations and efficient solutionsTake decisions related to project delivery in case of any ambiguous situationContribute to different internal / external initiatives related to operations process, training framework, reporting KPIs etcKey Responsibilities:

Review and process all materials provided by the clientProactively discuss with the client all details related to input materials and their needsPropose and discuss potential solutions based on client needsImplement newly proposed solutions for the projectDevelop reports, spreadsheets, tables and dashboards, based on analysis of data from multiple sourcesCalculate advanced statistical metrics and modeling as required by CSGAnalyze various types of data in order to deliver reports / tablesPerform and be responsible for quality assuranceCollaborate with other teams to solve any problems encountered during data delivery phaseDeliver according to project timelinesParticipate in project set up meetings and guide Project Management and CSG regarding the technical aspects of deliverables with best solutionLeverage available AI tools to translate questionnaires for multi-country projects, enabling better understanding and more efficient project executionWork closely with various teams to drive the improvement, automation, and standardization of Data Management processes through AIAutomate routine status reporting using AI and identify opportunities where AI can be further leveragedFocus on improving the quality management systemActively involved in testing the newly developed software and tools and takes the necessary steps for implementing them once they are approvedCoordinate work within team and follow up on task completionTrain and provide support to colleagues in data processing for using software / toolsInstruct and supervise junior colleaguesPro-actively seeks to gain and share knowledgeAll other activities related to the direct implementation of the work process and the tasks of the team, department and/or organization arising from the nature of the work or the specifics of the projects/assignments being performedEnsure compliance with internal processes, governance standards, and operational best practicesKey Interfaces:
